Mom runs an online business from a private home office, fully respecting the nannys professional autonomy and sole-charge care during working hours. Dad works full-time from an office. We value structure, clear communication, and a calm home environment. ROLE OVERVIEW & TRANSITION A full-time, daytime-only role (no overnight care required). For the first 45 days postpartum, a traditional Chinese Doula will focus entirely on Mom and the newborn. During this time, your focus will be our toddler and assisting with home logistics.
