Mercer Canada is hiring a National Business Process Specialist for our Montreal or Ottawa offices. This is a hybrid role requiring onsite presence three days per week.
Partnering with the Canada Health Practice Leader, you will manage operations, financial forecasting, and staffing budgets while supporting consultants and strategic initiatives. You will deliver financial reports and analysis and execute cross‑functional projects with urgency and attention to detail.
Base salary range: $84,000 to $126,000 . The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, and education. In addition to base salary, this position may be eligible for performance‑based incentives.
