Clinical Strategy & Opportunity Development

• Serve as the national clinical expert for the APM portfolio, with deep specialization in advanced hemodynamic monitoring.
• Partner with Sales and Sales Leadership to identify, qualify, and support new clinical opportunities, including net-new accounts and expansions within strategic customers.
• Develop and lead process improvement initiatives to ensure positive hospital system adoption of processes and products, demonstrating improved patient outcomes.
• Lead and support clinical evaluations, pilots, and product trials, ensuring strong clinical adoption and successful conversion to standard of care where applicable.
• Design and execute implementation plans for new customers, including workflows, training pathways, and clinical best practices.
