The National Indigenous Solutions Practice, a division of People Corporation, is a trusted Group Insurance & Retirement practice proudly serving Indigenous employers across Canada. The Practice consists of three sister companies – Eagle Bay Financial (Burnaby, BC), Life Benefit Solutions (Winnipeg, MB) and WP Pension and Benefits (Burlington, ON) – that specialize in designing benefit programs that thoughtfully integrate Non‑Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and support equity between Status and non‑Status employees.The mission is to deliver customized, community‑conscious solutions that meet the unique needs of Indigenous and non‑Indigenous employees alike.
