Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy : Provide executive direction to the Franchise Services team, guiding Franchise Performance Consultants, Opening Services, and other key functions. Establish clear priorities and performance metrics that align with overall business objectives.
- Franchise Performance & Retention : Spearhead franchise performance strategies to improve operational, financial, and guest outcomes. Manage portfolio performance, driving corrective actions and remediation plans as necessary.
- Brand Standards & Compliance : Oversee the implementation and adherence to brand standards across the portfolio. Lead the Quality Assurance Review process to ensure brand compliance.
- Hotel Openings & Transitions : Manage hotel lifecycle activities, ensuring smooth transitions during new openings, renovations, and conversions. Provide operational insight to support development efforts.
