Need someone to plaster a wall and prep it for painting

I'm looking for a reliable handyman to plaster a wall in my living room and prepare it for painting. The wall is about 4 meters by 2.5 meters with minor cracks and some uneven patches. I’d prefer a smooth finish, dust containment, and a quick cleanup after the job. Own tools and plaster/patching materials are a plus, but I’m happy to discuss supply options. Please provide an approximate timeline, any preparation you require, and your approach to moisture protection and drying times. The work should be done on a weekday afternoon if possible.
