Lead a senior engineering team to deliver feature parity and modernize the platform end-to-end.
Define and drive architecture decisions balancing quality, scalability, and speed.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders through facilitated, dynamic workshops (JADx) to shape solutions.
Implement AI-assisted development workflows using tools like Git Hub Copilot or Cursor to boost productivity.
Mentor engineers and maintain high standards in code quality, testing, security, and cloud deployment.
