Network Administrator and Infrastructure Analyst

Reporting to the Manager, Network & Infrastructure, the Network Administrator and Infrastructure Analyst is responsible for maintenance and support of the City’s systems, networks, telecommunications and security infrastructures, including the following accountabilities:

What You Will Do

• Build, configure, deploy and maintain servers in physical and virtual environments (VMware) to ensure connectivity and high performance standards.
• Monitor servers and schedule preventative maintenance; patching for any security vulnerabilities.
• Maintain and support City network infrastructure.
• Maintain voice, data and communication infrastructure (Cisco Call Manager & Unity, Microsoft Teams).
• Maintain user accounts and mailboxes.
