Lead the onboarding, deployment, and integration of Secure IoT firewalls into business-as-usual systems and processes. Lead operational support for multiple network security solutions including GCP cloud-native firewalls and Fortinet/Palo Alto solutions. Provide L3 operational support including incident management, troubleshooting advanced issues, and collaborating with internal and external technology teams/vendors.
