Job Summary

As an RBC Ambassador, you create value at critical moments for newcomers, helping them achieve their financial and personal goals by collaborating with colleagues and partners at RBC. You will develop partnerships with community organizations, organize and lead advisory events, and deliver digital banking support to newcomers and non‑clients.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop partnerships with newcomer services and settlement agencies to enable RBC to reach as many newcomers as possible.
• Provide advice on everyday banking, investments, and credit, leveraging digital tools to offer individuals and businesses a robust experience.
• Educate newcomers through demonstrations and technology use, enhancing the customer experience, brand perception, and loyalty.
