Reconcile the daily financial transactions of the InnAudit guest accounts for missing or incorrectly posted chargesFlag and report discrepancies or violation of financial control policies & systemsVerify compliance with travel agency contracts as it applies to guest charges/creditsPrepare daily reports for all departmentsReview end of shift reports to ensure proper workflow processes are followedCheck in/out guests on the hotel systemEnsure nightly operations procedures are followedRespond to all guest requests such as:Lighting stoves in guest roomsLighting the sauna wood stovePreparing/Delivering room serviceInvestigating minor maintenance issuesAssist as required to prepare daybreak trays for in-house guests Answer all incoming calls and reservation inquiriesCleaning of the main floor wood burning fireplaces and stoveEnact emerge...
