Key Responsibilities:
• Answer and log IT Service Desk calls via various channels
• Act as the primary contact for hardware and software requests
• Diagnose and resolve IT issues using available documentation
• Transfer and escalate requests to senior support as needed
• Record and manage incidents in the IT Service Management tool
