You will manage payroll functions for a growing organization, focusing on continuous improvement and compliance. With over 10 years of experience in payroll and at least 3 years in management, your role will be crucial in collaborating with HR and Finance teams to deliver seamless payroll operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and audit all payroll transactions
• Oversee bi-weekly payroll submission and adjustments
• Manage payroll inquiries and reconciliation processes
• Partner with HR for employee onboarding and terminations
• Develop compliance controls and quality improvement strategies
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 10 years of experience managing payroll processes
• 3+ years in leadership or supervisory capacity
• Bilingual abilities in English and French
