Become a Human Resources Coordinator with Northland Properties at Grouse Mountain Resort. This full-time role focuses on enhancing the employee experience through effective HR strategies.
In this position, you will report to the Senior Director of Human Resources and play a critical role in our HR team. Your responsibilities will center around supporting HR functions, onboarding processes, and delivering training programs. You'll work with various teams to ensure an exceptional, inclusive employee journey and evaluate key HR metrics.
Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate comprehensive HR functions for the resort
