Elevate patient access as Novartis' PSP Operations Manager in Toronto. This role focuses on reimbursement strategies and operational improvements in a hybrid setting.
You will be responsible for overseeing Retrobilling and Copay strategies, ensuring that patient needs are met efficiently. Your knowledge of Canadian drug reimbursement and ability to analyze data-driven insights will be instrumental in combating process bottlenecks. Working with a variety of teams, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing reimbursement initiatives across the board.
