This pivotal role will guide Canada’s top dressage athletes and horses, shaping and executing EC’s high-performance strategy. The Technical Advisor will provide leadership, mentorship, and technical oversight—supporting athletes on their pathway to excellence and serving as Chef d’Équipe at Championships and Major Games.

EC is looking for a proven leader with international Grand Prix experience, who thrives in collaborative, high-performance environments.
