Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a NPI Quality Engineer located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the Design Quality Engineer the NPI Quality Engineer is responsible for requiring close collaboration with customers and cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Program Management, ensuring quality requirements are clearly defined, implemented, validated, and sustained throughout the product launch lifecycle.
What a typical day looks like:
Develops and initiates quality standards, methods, and controls for inspection, testing, and evaluation during NPI phases.
Manages the introduction of new products, ensuring customer quality requirements are met from early development through mass production release.
