Your responsibilities will include overseeing quality improvement projects and partnering with the NSQIP Regional Team to assess data and implement evidence-based strategies. Engaging in collaborative meetings and summits will be crucial for fostering a culture of continuous improvement in your department.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Surgical Clinical Reviewer for data insights
• Review data reports with the NSQIP Regional Team
• Lead at least one annual quality improvement initiative
• Participate in summits and collaborative discussions
• Deliver updates and performance reports to leadership
