Responsibilities Report tests results, symptoms, and monitors pre, during and post-procedures. Serve as a relief nurse by performing telephone and clinical triage of patients to facilitate care coordination. Communicate and assists health care providers with examinations and procedures. Assist with educating patients with such things as self-care and prevention measures. Consult and coordinates with other multi-disciplinary care professionals, agencies, organizations and other ancillary support systems.
