Overview

Position under the general supervision of the Clinical Nursing Director or the Assistant Director, Nursing Education. The Continuing Education Instructor is responsible for acting as a clinical educational resource for nursing unit personnel; facilitating the learning process and evaluating learning outcome; planning, coordinating, and evaluating unit specific orientation programs; participating in educational activities within the specific Department, the Patient Care Portfolio, and throughout the Hospital; and performing other related duties as required/assigned.
