This posting is open to qualified occupational therapy and physiotherapy candidates. The Community Accessible Rehabilitation (CAR) program is an ambulatory rehabilitation program for clients with complex and/or chronic injuries and conditions. The successful candidate will work in the role of Clinical Leader (CL) for our MSK/UE Rehabilitation team, based out of the Peter Lougheed Centre. This team is specialized in the following clinical areas: hand therapy for clients who require post-surgical/post-fracture/post-injury rehabilitation, which includes assessment, client education, wound care, custom splinting, and exercise instruction with applicable protocols; rheumatology; complex multi-trauma diagnoses.
