Ocean Import Specialist

About the Role Our Client is seeking an Ocean Import Specialist to coordinate full-cycle ocean import shipments, manage import documentation and customs clearance processes, ensure regulatory compliance, communicate with carriers and agents, track shipments, coordinate final-mile delivery, and maintain accurate records. Requirements Responsibilities Coordinate full-cycle of ocean import shipments from origin country to final destinations. Prepare and review import documentation for Import customs clearance. Ensure compliance with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), FMC, and other regulatory requirements. Communicate effectively with carriers, customs brokers, overseas agents, and internal departments. Track, trace, and monitor progress of shipments and deliveries to ensure timely processing.
