Office Administrator - 12-month contract

Role Description

The Office Administrator supports the mailroom function for our Kitchener National Office. This role is responsible for a variety of tasks that could include office reception for guests, general mailroom duties, and scanning, digitizing, uploading, and proper organizing of various documentation at high volumes.

Onsite 5 days per week. Temporary 12‑month role.

What you will do

  • Reception
    • Office reception for guests, carrier representatives and advisors
    • Provide customer service to both clients and advisors via telephone, email, or in person
    • Manage centralized email communication and distribution
    • Maintain the cleanliness of common areas, such as reception and mailroom
