About the role

London Audio is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator / Bookkeeper to join our team. In this dual-function role, you will keep our day-to-day office operations running smoothly while maintaining accurate financial records. You'll be a key player in our business — managing purchasing cycles, vendor relationships, and the full accounts payable and receivable processes.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the full purchasing cycle, including raising purchase orders, sourcing suppliers, and coordinating with vendors
  • Oversee receiving of goods and services, verifying accuracy against orders and resolving discrepancies
  • Process accounts payable — reviewing, coding, and entering invoices and ensuring timely payments
  • Manage accounts receivable — work with the sales team to monitor and collect outstanding balances
