Responsibilities
- Coordinate with landlord and building for maintenance, loading dock use, and security clearance (badges, passes, locker keys).
- Oversee office coordination, including new hire logistics, client and visitor studio access, and office equipment repairs or maintenance; research and recommend alternative solutions.
- Manage front desk and/or administrative staff.
- Order office supplies and research/recommend alternative solutions as needed.
- Oversee deliveries and incoming and outgoing packages/mail.
- Coordinate, support, and elevate workplace experience.
- Work closely with the leadership team and talent managers to develop strategic programs to drive engagement and deepen connections to our mission, work, and people.
- Organize vendor lunches or presentations and manage contracts with vendors (e.g., caterers, product suppliers, delivery services) and track and maintain office expenditures. ...
