Omnichannel Intern Work Mode: Hybrid Location: Hybrid– Mexico City Basic Functions The Omnichannel Intern role is a strategic position that combines data analytics with operational support to expand Kohler's digital presence across Latin America.Key Responsibilities 1.- Prepare sell-in and sell-out reports for key accounts.2.- Support the administrative follow-up of key e-commerce accounts.Assist in projects related to channel optimization.3.- Provide support in administrative tasks related to the area (document control, order tracking, internal coordination).4.- Ensure the product catalog is updated (descriptions, images, prices, etc.).5.- Conduct basic competitor analysis (pricing, promotions).
Learning objectives for the intern: • Learn how e-commerce works and how to manage online accounts.
• Practice analyzing sales data (sell-in and sell-out).
• Understand how to find opportunities to improve online sales.
• Get experience creating reports and presentations.
