As the Lead, Commercial Training Design, you will be the Core Brain of our training ecosystem. Your mission is to act as the ultimate architect and translator of a brand - turning complex retail knowledge, skillset and brand DNA into powerful, scalable learning solutions, including content, program, etc.
By designing robust curricula for all channels (DTC, B2B, and E-commerce) and covering the entire retail career ladder, you will build an unshakeable talent moat that secures our premium positioning and drives omni-channel growth.
