Be a part of MNP's dedicated team as an On-site Human Capital Generalist in Burlington, Ontario. This full-time role offers a 12-month contract focused on enhancing HR functions that attract and retain organizational talent.
In this position, you will serve as a trusted advisor within MNP's Regional Human Capital team, supporting strategic HR initiatives and promoting a value-based culture. Your responsibilities will include managing employee records, conducting performance evaluations, and guiding team leaders on HR matters, all contributing to a positive workplace environment.
