What You Will Do

Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, provincial/state, and local health and safety regulations.Monitor high-risk activities and ensure safe work practices are followed.Reinforce safe work practices through real-time intervention and positive recognition.Conduct routine safety inspections and audits of the facility.Conduct new employee safety orientations.Lead toolbox talks and safety meetings.Ensure proper use of PPE and safety equipment.Facilitate ongoing safety training (e.g., WHMIS, PPE, lockout/tagout, confined space, etc.)Conduct behavioral safety observations and deliver constructive feedback.Promote safety awareness and engagement programs.Provide daily field-based safety coaching to frontline employees and supervisors.Promote a proactive safety culture.Skills and Qualifications:
