Description
Process full-cycle payroll, including regular pay, overtime, bonuses, and vacation pay
Maintain and update employee payroll records, including attendance and leave data, using Dayforce
Interpret and apply multiple collective agreements to ensure accurate pay and benefit entitlements
Administer payroll deductions such as taxes, union dues, garnishments, pensions, and group RRSP
Prepare and reconcile payroll reports, including period-end balancing and benefits reconciliations
Complete payroll-related filings, year-end reporting, and Records of Employment
Respond to employee and management inquiries regarding payroll and benefits
Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies in a timely manner.
Perform other duties as assigned to support operational requirements.
