Operational Excellence Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain an Integrated Management System aligned with international standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001) and Lean principles.
• Define end-to-end process architecture.
• Connect management systems with strategy, KPIs, and decision-making.
• Translate regulatory requirements into operational practices that add business value.
• Develop and standardize process management models.
• Design and implement performance indicators (KPIs) and executive dashboards to support decision-making.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams responsible for system administration, execution, and continuous improvement.
• Integrate risk management methodologies into the operational excellence system.
• Drive the adoption of a continuous improvement culture, ensuring organizational alignment through the operational excellence system.
