Operational Readiness Manager

Location: St. John's, NL, Canada

Travel: 30% to 40% of the time, including site assignments and fly‑in/fly‑out arrangements as required.

Responsibilities

• Project Leadership
  • Role model, safety culture, collaborative leadership, and behaviors.
  • Develop and implement operations and readiness strategies and lead operations readiness planning for large, complex projects.
  • Oversee planning, scheduling, and resource allocation across project phases to sustain operations.
  • Liaise with senior EPCM and commissioning stakeholders during project planning phases to ensure interfacing and alignment.
