Description
As our Operations Administrator in Peru, you will be on charge of providingeffective, proactive andprofessional administrative and support for different operational requirements fromdifferent processes and departments in Peru, giving assistance onadministration, purchasing, events and travel planning. Act as the point ofcontact for internal and external stakeholders. This role will contribute tothe efficiency of the business by managing the flow of information in a timelyand accurate manner.
Main Responsibilities:
Administrative Support.
- Give administrative support and maintainrecords required by Senior Managers.
- Coordinate purchases with localsuppliers for employee resources (IT equipment, uniforms, events, vehicles,etc).
- Ensure updated inventories of purchasedresources in coordination with related areas.
