Operations Analyst

We are looking for a highly analytical Operations Analyst to support high-volume transactional processes and deliver data-driven insights that enhance operational efficiency. This role will play a key part in managing customer data, resolving operational exceptions, and producing reporting that drives business decision.
Key Responsibilities:

+ Manage high-volume transactions (enrollments, billing, settlements, exceptions)

+ Maintain and analyze large datasets; ensure data accuracy and integrity

+ Lead data clean-up and resolve operational discrepancies

+ Produce reporting and deliver actionable insights to support decisions

+ Support system troubleshooting and drive process improvements

+ Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders

Must Haves:

+ 5 years in an operations/data analysis within high-volume environments
