The Work!

• Continuous Monitoring: monitor software requests generated by users and process according to the existing SAM workflow within the required service level.

• Administration of Software Asset: maintain the record of EQB software assets in ServiceNow to ensure compliance with usage policies, such as accurate record keeping of entitlement, allocation, reclaim and installation.

• Collaboration with TWS, Procurement, Vendor & Legal: Work closely with TWS, Procurement, Vendor Management and Legal departments regarding software asset deployment, procurement and compliance.

• Administration of SAM Platform: Act as the primary administrator for the existing and new SAM tool(s), managing access, configurations, and updates.

• Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports on software utilization, compliance, and performance metrics.
