Role Summary
The Operations People Manager is responsible for creating a culture of respect, improving business results and strategies to ensure that all 5 McDonalds restaurants in Bridgewater, Liverpool, Barrington Passage and Yarmouth NS meet McDonald’s Standards to deliver exceptional guest experience.
The Operations People Manager provides leadership, coaching, and direction to their restaurant teams to maximize the long-term sales and profit potential of each restaurant. Leaders in this role work with cross functional disciplines to prioritize, sequence and plan support strategies to enable future business drivers.
They are accountable for balancing profit growth strategies while putting people first and Running Great Restaurants is essential.
