Description
This role sits inside the Client & Partner Support team, our practice of embedding skilled builders in every department who can design and implement AI-enabled automations, surface insights from operational data, and put better tools directly in the hands of the people doing the work. You’ll be embedded in the team, working directly alongside support staff, so what you build actually gets used.
If you’ve been building things with large language models on your own time (custom tools, automations, experiments), this is a role where that becomes your job.
What You’re Here to Do
- Automate the repetitive manual work in the support operation (ticket handling, compliance checks, onboarding tasks, templated responses) so the team can focus on clients.
- Build and maintain dashboards that give supervisors and leadership real‑time visibility into ticket volume, close time, recovery trends, SLA adherence, and revenue signals.
