Operations Business Partner

Assist General Manager in supervising daily operations of organization via analyzing Daily performance, Analytics Reports, Staffing, Efficiency.
Develop productive, profitable and achievement oriented working environment for employees by leading wellness, engagement and other core elements of a best place to work environment.
Address operational issues and concerns in a timely fashion, supporting 5 buildings, 10 product lines.
Leader of key visits to ILM (coordination, security, cross-border logistics).
Educate operations team on best practices, company policies and service excellence standards.
Oversee operational cost, risk and audit activities.
Determine among Plant and production managers, staffing requirements, work assignment and schedules for new projects.
Coordinate with General Manager in different operational issues and promotional activities.
Generate operational reports for management as needed
