Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization
Support the continuous improvement and Labor Management strategy within the Distribution Center - Pudahuel by combining operational analysis and fieldwork to identify bottlenecks, improve productivity, and enhance operational performance.
The role plays a key part in evolving Labor Management from reporting to action-driven improvement, contributing to capacity optimization, process efficiency, and execution on the shop floor.
Key Responsibilities
Identify operational bottlenecks and improvement opportunities through shop floor analysis (Gemba).

Support and execute continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, capacity, and process flow.

Analyze operational performance, including capacity and productivity across different DC operations.

Contribute to the development of improvement proposals based on data and operational observations.
