Operations Coordinator Portugal (Lisbon)

What You’ll Do

We are looking for a passionate and talented Operations Coordinator based in Lisbon, Portugal. The candidate should have relevant experience in operations supervision in the medical device industry with strong expertise in management of people, projects, and resources.

He/she will coordinate the Warehouse and Distributions Teams of Enovis Surgical Portugal (Lisbon) to ensure the efficient receipt, storage, customer order handling, and dispatch of products. The role will also manage adherence to Corporate Policies for main Logistics Flows, correct customer request management, dispatch of products from the warehouse in Italy to the Portuguese company, and from there to hospitals.

Additionally, he/she will lead main projects aimed at improving operations in Iberia to support sustainable development of the market, focusing on resources, efficiency, and economies of scale.
