England Logistics is a 3PL with more than 500 clients and 100 years of experience in the global market.Due to our exponential growth in our Shared Services Center, we are looking for our next talented Operations Coordinator for our logistics team.Schedule : Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday.Abilities:- Ability to resolve conflict in a professional manner- Providing resolutions to problems in a time-effective manner- Attention to detail- Ability to adapt- Problem-solvingActivities:- Follow up on the loads for our Full Truck Load division.
- Making outbound and taking inbound phone calls.
- Provide effective resolution to Client issues on a consistent basis- Ensure that Clients are given the support that is needed dailyImportant:- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Adobe Acrobat)- Ability to manage multiple operating systems- Ability with software systems.
