**Key Responsibilities**
- Vendor Supervision: Request and manage purchase orders, enter invoices for payment, schedule service support as needed, and maintain strong communication with vendors.
- Maintenance Coordination: Monitor facility maintenance needs (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, cabling, utilities, etc), manage maintenance and repair tickets, and maintain a preventative maintenance system.
