Overview

Your role at Sephora: As Team Lead, Operations , you will support all operations‑related aspects of a specific Sephora store location, including direct management of the operations team. You will regularly assist with staffing of the operations, the overnight stock team, the operations leadership team, and the overall execution of Sephora’s operational standards.
