Role Pupose

To manage smooth and efficient working of NPAU Subassembly so as to ensure customer satisfaction through Quality, Cost, Delivery and Value initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities

-To monitor & implement SOPs and legal compliance for safety so as to build safe working environment by ensuring adherence to safety norms.

-Implementation of ISO 14000 environment std & OHSAS.

-Ensure customer Service Level Agreements are adhered and surpassed

-Relationship Building

-Feasibility review & ensuring the development time line as per Customer development plan

-Ensure location profitability as per the annual budget and MTP norms

-Ensure Overall Eqipment Efficiency as per budget

-Ensure DIFOT as per the customer SLA

-Ensure New Model Development as per plan

-Ensure Manpower Productivity as per budget

-Implementation of projects
