Job Responsibilities

Production Management

Arrange production schedule and allocate capacity for injection molding lines, track delivery of automotive plastic parts to meet output and delivery targets. Manage the workflow of injection molding, spraying and assembly processes.

Quality Control

Oversee inspection on appearance, dimension and performance of plastic products, handle customer complaints and rework. Implement automotive industry quality standards, promote process improvement and reduce scrap rate.

Cost & Material Management

Control consumption of plastic raw materials, auxiliary materials and energy. Optimize inventory and material requisition, calculate production cost and achieve cost reduction goals.

Equipment & Mold Management

Manage daily maintenance, inspection and repair of injection molding machines, auxiliary equipment and automotive molds. Supervise trial and repair of molds to minimize downtime loss.
