Operations Manager, Asphalt & Construction – Prince George, BC

Location: Prince George, British Columbia, CA, V2N 2J8

Compensation: $125,000 - $150,000 CAD annually, plus bonus up to 36% of base salary and company vehicle or allowance.

Travel: less than 10%.

About the Role

Direct responsibility and accountability for safety and operational performance of operations in PrinceGeorge. Key responsibilities include executing safety policies, performance plans, cost savings, KPI targets; managing equipment fleet; overseeing staff to ensure projects are completed safely, on budget, with no deficiencies, and customer satisfaction. Project‑management duties may be required for paving projects. The manager will develop the organization’s capacity to increase construction revenue and organizational capability, coach and mentor direct reports and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
