You will address complex challenges while enhancing operational continuity and ensuring compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Direct cloud and server operations daily
• Maintain data center and backup storage efficiency
• Lead change management initiatives
• Resolve escalations in platform services
• Provide mentorship in technical skills
Requirements:
• Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field
• 7–10 years of IT experience with platform operations
