岗位名称： 运营经理

岗位职责：

• 负责饭团外卖在区域内的业务运营与项目管理工作，结合公司整体战略目标，制定城市/项目运营策略并推动落地，确保GMV、订单量及市场份额等核心指标达成；
• 统筹区域运营资源，协调BD、市场、运营等多部门协作，推动重点运营项目的规划、执行与复盘，持续提升业务效率与运营质量；
• 负责城市/区域商家生态的运营管理，包括核心商家合作关系维护、重点商家项目推进及运营方案输出，提升商家活跃度与平台合作深度；
