Operations Manager, Non Emergency Medical Transfer

Voyago is hiring for an Operations Manager for our Non Emergency Medical Transfer Division, to oversee the Plexus North Health Care Division's within Ontario. This posting is to fill a vacancy.

Your Role

Reporting directly to the General Manager, the Operations Manager is responsible for the day to day activity of their location and region. The Operations Manager will track Key Performance Indicators, be the first point of contact for the customer, ensure efficiency and effectiveness and provide leadership and direction to operations team, along with a team of Independent Contractors.
