This is a true “keep the business running” role. Sitting at the centre of a boutique buyers agency, this Operations role will see you supporting the Managing Director and working closely with a team of 11 across commercial and residential property. It’s hands-on, steady, and ideal for someone who thrives on organisation, structure, and ownership.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support the Managing Director with coordination, compliance, and day-to-day operations
- Manage office operations, suppliers, and general upkeep
- Assist buyer’s agents with agreements, CRM updates, and admin
- Process invoices and accounts payable via Hubdoc
- Coordinate meetings, onboarding, and internal events
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Background in Office Manager, EA, or senior admin roles
